Meet our new partners – Darby and Liffen

The Nest are delighted to announce a new partnership with Independent Estate Agency, Darby and Liffen!

The Gorleston-based company have already participated in Foundation fundraisers and are chomping at the bit to undertake more fundraising work in the near future.

Earlier this year, Darby & Liffen hosted a charity football festival at Carrow Road giving over 100 children the opportunity to grace the hallowed turf. In doing so, they raised £450 for the Foundation.

Managing Director, Owen Darby had this to say:

“Darby & Liffen are delighted and proud to be a partner of the Community Sports Foundation at The Nest.

“When the opportunity arose to associate our brand alongside the Foundation, we didn’t hesitate in jumping on board.

“We recognise the amazing work the Foundation carries out, which goes towards supporting so many young people all over Norfolk, particularly for those where opportunities are hard to come by.

“I am a regular attendee at The Nest and have seen for myself, the incredible impact the Foundation has had on the local community. The facility itself is phenomenal and we are aware of the long, hard journey undertaken by Ian & Jackie Thornton, supported by their fantastic team to make this facility the exceptional environment that it is today.

“We are looking forward to being involved in more fundraising events as The Nest continues to grow from strength to strength, and the continued support from local businesses and the local community is vital for this to happen.”
